Product/Order Support

OUR POLICY

We aim to provide the highest level of customer support, but pre and post purchase. Should you have any questions or problems with purchasing or using your Bubakin product, please submit a ticket via the website contact form. 

Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messenger inboxes aren’t continually monitored therefore submitting a ticket will yield the quickest response from our team.

 

Shipping

GENERAL

All orders are sent out by Australia Post with a tracking number for your convenience.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours) of you placing an order. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, this confirmation will include your tracking details.

Bubakin cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. Bubakin is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Domestic orders are shipped using either Sendle or standard Australia Post calculated at checkout or for free on orders over $99.

We use satchel post on most occasions but parcel post for smaller items. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your items faster, please upgrade to Express Shipping at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post for a flat fee of $35.00 – $40.00 (depending on your location). Please allow 5 to 12 business days for your order to arrive.

Returns and Exchanges

OUR POLICY

At Bubakin, we’re all about supporting your journey in a positive way. That means, being flexible with returns. Being a nappy brand, we do have to adhere to rules around hygiene and sanitary assurance so we are limited with what we can accept as a return, so please read the following details. 

Return requests must be submitted within 30-days of receiving your items.

Due to hygiene, we can only accept items returned in the same condition as received. This means, unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging and tags. We are stringent with our returns conditions so any items which do not meet our standards will not be eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST
  1. Complete a returns ticket request found here. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  2. If accepted,  you will receive an email outlining return address details and how to notify us on your returned goods. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This excludes returns for fault items.

Warranty

6 Month Warranty

Bubakin nappies all come with a 6-month manufacturers warranty.

As long as your nappies have been cared for as per manufacturer care instructions, faulty items will either be replaced or fixed at no cost to our customers, as per ACCC guidelines.

How to submit a warranty request
  • Complete the contact form outlining your request. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • If accepted,  you will receive an email outlining return address details and how to notify us on your returned goods.
